- 1 package hawaiian rolls
- 1 package deli ham sliced, medium thickness
- 6 slices sharp swiss cheese
- 6 slices pineapple rings
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds for garnish
- 3/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chives chopped, for garnish
Evenly slice off the top of the Hawaiian rolls and set it aside.
Place the bottom half of the rolls in a baking pan.
Layer the ham across the bottom half of the rolls. Then place the pineapple rings on top of the ham. Next, add on the sharp Swiss cheese.
Place the top half of the rolls on top of the ham, pineapple, and cheese.
Melt the butter for the mixture that you pour on top of the sliders. In a bowl whisk together the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, dijon mustard, onion powder, and sesame seeds.
Drizzle the mixture over the rolls. Next, brush the rolls with the mixture so that it evenly covers them.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for about twenty five minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Uncover and cook for two additional minutes to lightly brown the tops of the rolls.
Garnish with 1/2 teaspoon of sesame seeds and chives.
