Best Ever Guacamole

- 6 hass avocados ripe, mashed
- 1/2 small onion chopped
- 1/2 heirloom tomato chopped
- 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped
- 1 lime juice, zest
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Slice the avocados in half, remove the pits, and gently scoop out the creamy flesh into a large bowl.
Next, mash the avocado until it is a smooth consistency with some chunks still present. You can use a potato masher or a fork.
Once the avocado's consistency is to your liking add the salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, and garlic powder.
Fold in the spices with a spatula. Zest and juice one lime and add the ingredient into the mixture as well.
Drizzle and fold in one tablespoon of olive oil into the dish.
Chop half of an heirloom tomato and onion. Finely chop about two tablespoons of cilantro. Fold into the guacamole.
Scoop the guacamole into a decorative bowl. Garnish with a sprinkle of chopped tomato and onion, 1/4 wedge of lime, two colorful tortilla chips, a piece of cilantro, and a dusting of paprika.
Serve with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.
