Cranberry Brie Bites
Do you need an easy appetizer for a holiday party? Well I have the perfect recipe for you. These Cranberry Brie Bites are scrumptious, buttery, and tart all in one!
Prep Time 5 minutes mins
Cook Time 15 minutes mins
Total Time 20 minutes mins
Servings 24 cranberry brie bites
- 2 cups cranberry sauce fresh or canned
- 1 8-oz. tube crescent dough
- 1/4 18-oz. wheel brie
- 1/4 cup pecans chopped
First preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Next, grease a mini cupcake tin with Crisco or spray with cooking spray so that the bites easily come out of the pan when they are done baking.
Flour a clean surface and roll out the crescent dough, making sure that the pre-cut seams disappear.
Cut the rolled out crescent dough into 24 squares. (You might have a little dough left over. I just made a few extra bites.)
Place the squares into the mini cupcake tin molds.
Put a small scoop of cranberry sauce into the center of each crescent dough square.
Slice the brie into small rectangular pieces and place each piece of brie on top of the cranberry sauce in every bite.
Chop the pecans and sprinkle a pinch on top of each bite.
Bake until the pastry is golden. This should take about 10-15 minutes.
