Hawaiian Ham and Cheese Sliders
Have you ever found comfort in biting into a cheesy, gooey, and utterly scrumptious ham slider? Well, I have! These Hawaiian Ham and Cheese Sliders are a tropical twist on a party favorite. In addition to my Sun-dried Tomato and Roasted Red Pepper Dip this is another perfect appetizer for a game day, family gathering, or even a regular weekday. The sharp Swiss cheese melts beautifully over the sweet pineapple and ham. These hand-held ham and cheese sliders are packed with flavor and will not disappoint.
How to Make Hawaiian Ham and Cheese Sliders
*Try to avoid eating all of your Hawaiian Rolls before you begin this recipe
- Evenly slice off the top of the Hawaiian rolls and set it aside.
- Place the bottom half of the rolls in a baking pan.
- Layer the ham across the bottom half of the rolls. Then place the pineapple rings on top of the ham. Next, add on the sharp Swiss cheese.
- Place the top half of the rolls on top of the ham, pineapple, and cheese.
- Melt the butter for the mixture that you pour on top of the sliders. In a bowl whisk together the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, dijon mustard, onion powder, and sesame seeds.
- Drizzle the mixture over the rolls. Next, brush the rolls with the mixture so that it evenly covers them.
- Uncover and cook for two additional minutes to lightly brown the tops of the rolls.
- Garnish with 1/2 teaspoon of sesame seeds and chives.

- 1 package hawaiian rolls
- 1 package deli ham (sliced, medium thickness)
- 6 slices sharp swiss cheese
- 6 slices pineapple rings
- 1/4 cup butter (melted)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
- 3/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chives (chopped, for garnish)
